Temsa İş Makinaları (Temsa Construction Machinery) continues its operations with a vision to offer end-to-end service to its customers. As the distributor of Volvo Trucks, the company offers exclusive service contracts to its customers in after sales. These contracts are categorized as "blue", "silver" and "gold" and offer advantage packages that include various services like 100 percent operating time warranty.

Volvo Trucks Turkey has signed the most extensive of these contracts, the Gold contract, with Erman Logistics in Sweden.

Volvo Trucks gold contract owners can access the service engine data, mileage details, fuel consumption as well as the state of crucial components even while the vehicle is on the road, thanks to "Telematics Network Gate". When required, Erman Logistics will be able to call for roadside assistance service in domestic and abroad thanks to this contract that includes all maintenance-repair procedures.
