Aktur International Transport joined the fleet of logistics companies that preferred Renault Trucks T 520 high cabin tow trucks, and included the first Renault Trucks T 520 high cabin tow trucks in its fleet. Aktur, one of the logistics companies in the Mersin region, stated that the Renault Trucks vehicle population in the region is increasing day by day and the satisfaction of the companies from the vehicles is effective in their purchase decisions.

 

 

Aktur International Transport was the winner of Optifuel Challenge competition in 2019, organized by Renault Trucks in Turkey and represented our country  at the finals held in Lyon, France. Stating that they had the chance to experience the vehicles during the competition, which focused on fuel saving and economic driving, Aktur International Transport company owner Şehvent Aktoğ said that; “There has been a great increase in the number of Renault tow trucks in Mersin in recent years. When we evaluated the positive comments we received from our colleagues using the vehicle, we wanted to experience it. I can say that especially Renault Trucks after-sales services in Mersin have won the appreciation of international shipping companies including us ”

Mentioning that they had to postpone some of their investments due to the coronavirus crisis, Şehvent Aktoğ said that: “Although we try to progress more cautiously, the investments do not stop completely. At some point, our business continues. For this reason, we initially made two attractive investments. We will compare the fuel savings of our new Renault Trucks vehicles with other brand trucks in our fleet in the next 6 months. "

Stating that Aktur International Transportation is one of the locomotive companies in the field of international logistics in the region, Emrah Deniz, General Manager of Erman Commercial Vehicles, an authorized dealer of Renault Trucks, said that: “We are very pleased that Aktur will experience the fuel saving and driving comfort offered by Renault Trucks. We are sure that they will observe the total ownership advantages of our vehicles in a short time." Underlining  that saving is of great importance in a period when freight decreases with increasing expenses and high competition in transportation; Deniz said that:" At this point, Renault Trucks' outstanding fuel saving and total cost of ownership affect the preferences of our customers. When the high cabinet comfort and 520 horsepower of Renault Trucks T520 tow trucks are added to the economy, it is a satisfying result for both the owners and the drivers."
