One of the latest products developed by Petrol Ofisi Mineral Oils in POTEM was the Maxima Hybrid 0W - 20. Being produced for the first time in Turkey with ACEA A5/B5 performance level for being used in hybrid vehicles and start / stop technology within the scope of global sustainable environmental policies, this oil extends engine life, optimizes performance and provides up to 3% oil and fuel savings compared to previous generations.
Another advanced technology product developed by POTEM is the Hydro Tech HVI-E, the next generation hydraulic system oil. Petrol Ofisi Hydro Tech HVI-E provides long life and lower operational costs compared to its counterparts and provides energy savings of up to 10% in industrial hydraulic applications. This rate is over 10% in construction machinery.

As Petrol Ofisi, we produce mineral oil and grease with annual production of 140,000 tons of production and 15,000 tons of final product plus 50,000 tons of raw materials / substances with totally 65 tons of storage capacity of plant in Derince that has advanced technology; and we sell them at 16,000 points in common in Turkey. In our plant in 2017, we produced more than 122,000 tons and we exported more than 10,000 tons of it to 33 countries on 4 continents. Petrol Ofisi Mineral Oils manufacturing facility is the most advanced center that can offer quality solutions all under one roof to Turkey's need for diversity of mineral oils to the automotive, with over 350 different products. “We created e-Power for the Charge / Range Problem of Electric and Hybrid Vehicles “
Considering the current trend in legal emission regulations, the limits can not be met with only the internal combustion engine vehicles by 2025 Petrol Ofisi Mineral Oils Director Sezgin Gürsu said that, the solution to reduce the average value of the technology that targets zero emission values is the hybrid and electric vehicles. Indicating that Petrol Ofisi supports the development of electric and hybrid vehicles in Turkey as the leader of this sector, Sezgin Gürsu continued with the following statement: "Electric and hybrid vehicles are great for sustainable environmental policies for the future, but more work to be done for development. In order to achieve this development, first of all, their use should be supported. If you do not set up the supply network, the use of these vehicles is not going to go forward due to their limited range. We also Turkey's traditional leader in automotive fuel, as a pioneer; we invested in the solution of this problem of electric and hybrid vehicles and we developed e-POwer by making a first. From the design, to construction, we created a completely original brand with e-POwer in Turkey. With e-POwer, we moved the electric and hybrid vehicles under the canopy, not beside the water pump, but under a prestigious, special and original canopy. At the end of 2017, we opened the first e-POwer at the entrance of Osmangazi Bridge. In our e-POwer investments, which we have made with our sense of responsibility, which has no commercial return on Petrol Ofisi but our leadership qualities, we raised our numbers to 10 in a year.
