Starting her statement by mentioning that HASTRAILER produces tarpaulin, refrigerated, dump, container carrier, and platform trailers for the transportation industry; sharing the details about their productions with our readers, Sarı said that; "In addition to standard models, we produce 16.50-meter-long tarpaulin and refrigerated trailers specifically for the Russian market. These trailers are developed to meet the transportation needs in Russia, standing out with their high load capacity and durability."

Fewer welding seams increase strength and reduce maintenance requirements. High carrying capacity makes it suitable for heavy-duty transportation. The aerodynamic design reduces air resistance during operation, contributing to fuel savings. The rear door can be opened both manually and hydraulically, ensuring ease of use and operational efficiency."

Continuing with the innovations brought by the 2025 model new bumper design, listing them as follows:

• The modular structure ensures that only the damaged part is replaced in case of an accident.
• 10 kg lighter, allowing for weight optimization and enabling the transport of more load.
• Cathodic electrocoating provides superior protection against rust.
• The bolted mounting system allows for quick and cost-effective replacement of damaged parts.
• The black-dominant taillight offers a modern aesthetic, blending seamlessly with the vehicle's design.

Types of Tarpaulin Trailers…

Continuing her statement by explaining the tarpaulin trailer types produced by HASTRAILER, Sarı said that; "13.60-meter standard tarpaulin trailer, 10.60-meter short tarpaulin trailer, trailers with special covers or sliding side wall systems, 16.50-meter long tarpaulin and refrigerated trailer options (specifically produced for the Russian market)."

Stating that HASTRAILER prefers materials that offer high strength and long-lasting use in their tarpaulin trailers, Sarı listed them as the following:

• The chassis is made of high-strength S700MC steel and combined with submerged arc welding technology.
• The floor is made of 30mm phenolic resin-coated plywood material, resistant to 7200 kg forklift loads.
• The side panels can be designed with optional aluminum covers or sliding curtain systems.
• The lighting system is equipped with 24 Volt LED reflector lamps, compliant with UNECE R48.06 regulations.
• The braking system has been developed with the EBS-E Plus brake system and RSS (Road Stability Support), in compliance with UNECE R13.11 regulations.

Carrying Capacities…

Continuing to share the carrying capacities of their products for our readers, Sarı said that; "13.60-meter tarpaulin trailer: It has a capacity to carry 33 Euro pallets. 16.50-meter tarpaulin and refrigerated trailer (specifically produced for the Russian market): It has a capacity to carry 66 Euro pallets. Hardox dump body: It is produced with capacity options ranging from 22 m³ to 34 m³, suitable for different transportation needs. The rear doors can be automatically opened with both manual and hydraulic systems."

Explaining the features of the retractable side wall and roof systems used in tarpaulin trailers, Sarı stated that the new sliding roof system accelerates loading and unloading, while the reinforced retractable side wall system is user-friendly. Also explaining the durability of their products against different weather conditions, Sarı said that; "Waterproof side panels and floor, impact-optimized infrastructure, and an aerodynamic design that reduces wind resistance strengthen our products."

New Technologies…

Explaining the new technologies used in the production of tarpaulin and dump trailers, Sarı indicated that; "We have CNC plasma cutting and robotic welding systems, digital quality control systems, and a cathodic electrophoresis coating line."

Certifications…

Stating that they have UNECE R13.11 (compliant with brake regulations), ADR (models suitable for hazardous goods transportation), and ISO 9001 quality management certifications, Sarı emphasized that they attach great importance to this matter.

She also mentioned that HASTRAILER's Authorized Service Network, along with spare parts and maintenance services, is another important area they focus on.
