IRU welcomes new member in Yemen.
Established in 1990, the Yemen Club for Touring and Automobile (YCTA) operates in the fields of road safety, event management and automobile races.
YCTA is an active member of the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile, l’Alliance Internationale du Tourisme and the Arab Road Safety Organization, and is the sole organisation authorised to issue the Carnet de Passage en Douane (CPD) and the International Driving Permit (IDP) in Yemen.
By joining IRU, YCTA aims to facilitate the international movement of goods and uphold the road transport sector’s interests.
