Despite the tough competition, DAF LF has won yet another victory with its versatility, reliability and overall attractiveness thanks to fleet operators and DAF's after-sales support. Jury members have stated that its combination of strong support, safety and low operating costs are what makes DAF unique and indicated that the LF has maintained its fleet title once again.
Aside from its CF series, DAF Trucks' premium XF series has been named "2018 International Truck of the Year" and then, it has received the International Truck of the Year Award in Poland, Slovakia and Northern Ireland.
DAF Truck Marking and Sales Director, Board Member Richard Zink has assessed the LF's victory and said: "Naturally, receiving the award again has excited us a lot. In the presence of this reputable company and the competition, the LF has once again proved that it is the best truck in this category."
